Thank you KrtekHonza. It must be difficult to come up with all these new types of puzzles so I appreciate the effort and accept that you are allowed to have one ambiguous set of rules every five years :). Keep up the good work and I look forward to the next set!

Hi Ziti!
I agree with you that this puzzle doesnt match the instructions with 100 %. On the other hand I am not going to prepare a new one. So I can offer you my apology and promise that we will try harder next time when writing the instructions. It is not too much, but hopefully...
Lucky guessing in tough puzzles is also kind of unfair. So please dont take Krteks Cup as 100% serious competition...

Thank you Ales!
I really like Krtek's Cup but I think Puzzle #6 on Calcudoku is unfair. In particular, the three-digit number at the top of the sum is not lined up with the rest of the numbers, so we are supposed to treat it as a 4-digit number -- not just xxx but xxx0. This is not at all clear in the rules and it made it a much more difficult solving attempt for me.

Hi, when I tried GT it did not start, so I closed and opened the window. Then it said I had already played it and gave me last-place after I solved it.
I took 11:24 to finish -- I hope you can list that for my GT time, thank you. :D

WaterlooMathie: The weekly basis confuses alternatives' results a bit, current results are those of Week 53/2016, but once this week is over, I'll (probably tomorrow) move all the results into the year 2015 and clean up those in 2016. It has nothing to do with when you play the sudokus, I copied all results just before New Year's midnight. I have to admit I'm too lazy to fix this as it appears once per year and can be easily solved manually once that particular week is over...

I think there's a bug where my weekly results are listed in Week 53 of 2016 instead of Week 53 of 2015. I think it's because I did the sudokus after the start of the new year.

Yes, it is coincidence. According to rules, we may be equal, but Tim is better. I just covered a lot of time on the hard ones :-)
Thanks! I guess honor and appreciation is good enough!

It is a wonderful coincidence in a total of 8 puzzles. You are both winners. Unfortunately, you win honor only. Great job!

In Krtek's Cup, if there is a tie at 1st place timing, is it broken by points or are both players declared winners?

You actually make it seem really easy together with your presentation but I in finding this matter to be really something that I feel I would by no means understand. It sort of feels too complex and extremely broad for me. I'm looking forward for your next publish, Ill try to get the cling of it! kcbdfafffbeddedk
