I know <> is the important clue but I cannot find it.How did you solve this?

Lono: in march I was three times in club , it was really disaster (in czech version we say "go to the club" when we solve wrongly) In this occasion you must have a rest , there´s nothing more to do.

Today I solved wrongly the puzzle in sudoku-league
It was so close
I'm feel very sad until now.
